I never wore contacts in my life, so the thought of scleral lenses was intimidating. The process of applying and removal was a real challenge. This is a game changer. I was anxious and frustrated after getting scleral lenses. Spending an extra 1-2 hours every morning to put in my lenses the first week I had them, made me want to give up.
